Assignment 1

Part A – January 20^th: Students (groups of four) will be assigned a chapter from “Organizational Culture and Leadership” to provide a response to the class on how the chapter’s content applies to their institution.

Part B – January 21^st:

Small groups of three students each will be assigned a chapter from “Humble Inquiry” to present to the class.

The presentation should include the following:

• Each group member will briefly describe his/her personal Leadership Theory and possible organizational theories that may best fit with your personal theory.
• A collective response from your group to the assigned chapter, speak to personal areas of
