Reflection Journal Entries: Week 6 – 7

Time spent in self-reflection is critical as a professional in higher education’s ever-changing and evolving landscape, especially as leaders consider new institutional structures and strategies and come to understand their role in promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity. Students will be required to maintain a reflection journal during the first seven weeks of the course and complete (2) two entries per week that capture thoughts, feelings, insights, and/or questions regarding the course material and its application to the student’s own practice as an educational leader. The length of journal entries is not as important as the quality of reflection demonstrated.

Students should submit reflection journal entries for Week 6 – 7.
